Highlighting how easy it is to upgrade your travel experience
Our latest campaign for Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) urged travelers to not waste time and money driving to a faraway airport when they could be upgrading their overall travel experience by flying local.
The ask
The airport needed a way to show the public that MSN offers parking right across the street, locally sourced food and drink, shorter security lines, and free ultra-fast Wi-Fi 6 internet throughout the airport. The new South Terminal at the airport also offers travelers a variety of unique amenities like business centers, charging ports on all furniture, a kid’s area, pet relief area, and more.
The process
We created a classy, upscale micro-brand and messaging to reflect the conveniences of flying local. We featured people enjoying each of the features highlighted in the campaign. Using a combination of targeted digital display advertising, radio, outdoor, and traditional print, we executed a complete campaign to get this message out.
The result
The campaign was promoted at the airport as well as social media, radio, billboard, print, and online ads. We’re proud to say that the campaign drove 8,197 Fly Local pledges for the airport and increased traffic to the main website.
