AFFIRM Agency Selected as Public Relations & Marketing Partner for Valley Transit
(Pewaukee, WI) AFFIRM Agency, a Wisconsin-based full-service marketing and communications firm specializing in transit and transportation marketing, has been awarded the contract for Public Relations & Marketing Services for Valley Transit, owned and operated by the City of Appleton, providing transit services to customers in the Appleton/Fox Cities area.
Under the five-year agreement beginning January 1, 2026, AFFIRM will lead comprehensive marketing and communications efforts designed to increase ridership and strengthen public perception of transit in the Fox Cities. One of AFFIRM’s first projects was a bus wrap dedicated to driving operator recruitment for Valley Transit.

Valley Transit provides fixed-route bus service, ADA paratransit, and supporting mobility services across Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna, Fox Crossing, Kimberly, Little Chute, Buchanan, and Grand Chute, Wisconsin. As the system continues expanding community partnerships and improving customer communications, AFFIRM will support initiatives focused on rider education, operator recruitment, public awareness, and digital engagement.
AFFIRM’s work for Valley Transit will include:
- Strategic public relations and media outreach
- Crisis communication planning and rapid-response support
- Social media content creation, monitoring, and analytics
- Creative development for print, digital, video, and out-of-home campaigns
- Media planning and placement across traditional and digital channels
- Website content updates and collaboration on WordPress enhancements
- Community engagement, event support, and marketing partnerships.
