AFFIRM Agency Leads Rebrand of Walworth County Transportation Services: Introducing Walworth County Connect
PEWAUKEE, WI — AFFIRM Agency, a full-service marketing firm based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin is proud to announce the successful renaming, rebranding, and launch of a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign for Walworth County’s public transportation services, now officially known as Walworth County Connect.
Formerly known as Wal-to-Wal DIAL-a-RIDE, the county’s transportation program has undergone a strategic transformation to better reflect its mission of accessibility, reliability, and community connection. The new brand, Walworth County Connect, was unveiled at a public launch event on October 30, 2025, at the Walworth County Government Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Walworth County Connect’s rebrand also includes new identification for the two service options:
Share – a shared-ride taxi service for any trip purpose within the county, and
Care – a specialized transit service for non-emergency medical appointments outside the county.
AFFIRM Agency led the creative direction and strategic rollout of the rebrand after being selected by the county as part of a competitive RFP process. The agency collaborated closely with Walworth County officials to develop a new name for the ride services, visual identity, messaging framework, and multi-channel marketing plan that includes:
- New logo and branding assets designed for accessibility and visual clarity
- Fleet vehicle decals for high visibility across the county
- Paid media outreach strategy including radio, digital display ads, print, and email marketing
- Community engagement tools such as a Rider Guide, wallet card, magnet, and more
The rebranding and renaming process was informed by community feedback, including an online survey that identified “Walworth County Connect” as the preferred name. The name emphasizes the program’s role in linking residents to essential destinations and fostering inclusion for all residents of Walworth County. The tagline: “Connecting our community, one ride at a time.” is a direct reflection of that goal.
