Wisconsin DOJ and Wisconsin DOT Partner for Drugged Driving TV Commercial Developed by AFFIRM
(Pewaukee, Wis…December 7, 2016) Wisconsin Department of Justice and Wisconsin Department of Transportation have collaborated to develop an anti-drugged driving TV commercial as part of their DOSE OF REALITY and ZERO IN WISCONSIN campaigns.
The commercial, titled “Drugged Driving: One and the Same” replaces alcohol with prescription drugs – rather than shaking a martini shaker, a bartender shakes a pill bottle full of drugs; instead of buying a 6-pack of beer, a man purchases a 6-pack of pill bottles. In doing so, the ad explains that drugged driving is just as dangerous and illegal as drunk driving.

“We take pride in working with Wisconsin DOJ and DOT to make Wisconsin a better, safer state,” said AFFIRM Principal – Marketing Director, Danny Mager. “By collaborating on this new anti-drugged driving TV commercial, both organizations are able to bring a strong, empowering message to the State and encourage safe driving and responsible drug use,” concluded Mager.
