As I’m sure many of our readers know, AFFIRM’s Core Values are the basis from which our company exists. We live our Core Values through relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and, most importantly, each other. One of these core values is Inspired Fun. It means that, while we work hard to change the way people think, feel, and act, we work as a team and enjoy ourselves along the way.
If you watch our newly released YouTube video “The AFFIRM Team Speaks Out,” you’ll quickly learn our culture is very similar to that of a family. We’re (openly) collaborative. We help each other out in a pinch. We bicker like old married couples (kidding..). And, we inspire one another.
I may be somewhat new to this business, but I know for a fact the inspiration in our office is remarkable. I’ve heard the quote “You’re only as strong as your weakest link,” countless times in leadership and teambuilding exercises. But, if you ask me, that’s not a concern at AFFIRM. There is no weakest link. Each of my coworkers is different and provides something unique to our team, which, to me, makes work #InspiredFun.
