For more than 10 years, we handled all branding, advertising, marketing for the state-supported Amtrak Hiawatha Passenger Rail Service between Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL. The Hiawatha service is one of the busiest Amtrak short routes in the country and prior to our campaign, it was also one of the best kept secrets in the Midwest. When we launched our first campaign, annual ridership was 400,000. Within five years, it had doubled to more than 800,000 annual riders and added new stops and renovated stations in downtown Milwaukee, Mitchell International Airport and Sturtevant, WI.
