AFFIRM Collaborates with Elmbrook Schools on New District Program

(Pewaukee, Wis… February 9, 2016) Elmbrook Schools has chosen AFFIRM to develop a brand and subsequent advertising for the district’s most recent educational initiative.

Set to begin in January 2017, the program will allow high school students to work on real-life, professional projects with local businesses. Enrolled students will receive high school credit and work in an off-campus, but within district, building for several hours during the school day. The program will allow students to be directly exposed to their areas of interest and receive first-hand experience in preparation for their collegiate and professional careers.

Having an identity and brand for this program is importance since it is a collaborative, community initiative. Once brand development is complete, AFFIRM will produce several videos, both informative and interest-sparking, for several of the program’s key stakeholders: community members, district staff, business partners, parents, and students. A student-focused campaign will follow to inform high school juniors and seniors of the program before enrollment begins.

Initially only available within the School District of Elmbrook, the program will likely extend to other districts in Wisconsin to provide students the opportunity to expand on their interests while still in high school.
