Overview
AFFIRM is looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills; can effectively set and meet deadlines; knows the ins and outs of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Workamajig; and is a quick learner. This person is also comfortable talking with colleagues, clients and vendors.
Responsibilities and Details
- Contributing to client strategic direction
- Leading and facilitating client brand development initiatives
- Working with an interdisciplinary team to build marketing plans that exceed client goals
- Generating new ideas for clients—and then selling clients on your ideas
- Cultivating client relationships
- Building internal camaraderie
- Leading, arranging and attending meetings (internally and externally)
- Developing strategic creative and media briefs packed with data and analytics
- Driving projects forward from start to finish
- Evaluating campaign ROI and determining how to increase it going forward
- Developing scope of work documents and project timelines
- Keeping up to date on marketing trends and educating the team on what you know
- Creating copy and media briefs
- Client estimating and billing
- Monitor and forecast client invoicing
- Preparing materials and presentations for existing client projects and new business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 4+ years at an advertising agency, including 3+ years in account management
- 3+ years of client-facing experience required
- Experience developing and planning marketing strategies required
- 1+ years department management experience preferred
