AFFIRM Agency’s 2025 New Year Resolutions & Reflections
As much as the New Year includes watching the ball drop in Times Square, champagne, parties with friends and families, it’s also about reflecting on the previous year. Our staff took a look back at 2024 and came up with some reflections on things they hope to accomplish in 2025. Enjoy and have a Happy New Year!
Ryan: Personal health is a priceless gift that deserves our full attention. In 2025, I am committing to a year filled with positivity and well-being. Be warned—healthy habits and uplifting attitudes are wonderfully contagious!
Lynnea: Personally, I have big changes coming in the new year. I am trying to soak in all the happiness and enjoy each moment currently. I would like to take this into the new year.
Mark: Being the dad of two high schoolers means every day is an adventure and the schedule is maxed out. With all the hustle and bustle of (what feels like) endless sports, extracurriculars and social engagements, it can be hard to find time to rest, reflect, and recharge. My goal for 2025 is to find those moments, slow them down if possible, and savor them. Life is wonderful, even if it’s a busy season.
Shannon: Change and happiness should start TODAY. Don’t wait, take the leap.
Anna: This past year I cherish the moments I spent with family and friends and can’t wait for the many exciting things in 2025…. and ham donuts!
Molly: Every year I strive to expand my own creativity. 2024 was my year of scrapbooking and junk journaling. 2023 was when I started jewelry making and beading. 2022 was my calligraphy year. Each adventure into a new creative hobby has been about my own personal growth, advancement of skills, and progress – not perfection. I haven’t officially decided what I’ll try in 2025, but I’m leaning toward knitting or embroidery.
Matt: In 2025, my goal is to stay curious and learn more about my passions including music and social media. I also think I made great strides in finding balance in my life in 2024, and plan to keep this going into the new year.
Christina: This past year was full of big changes for me and my family. I’m looking forward to really stepping into this new season of life in 2025 and embracing change!
Amy: I started a fitness challenge in November with my trainer and it served as a great reminder I can do hard things! In 2025 I hope to continue challenging myself daily starting with a new set of fitness challenges!!
Cathy: Since we’re not officially announcing retirement, let’s say this: I resolve to take more time for myself in the coming year – spending time with friends and family, and becoming more involved in my community.
Laura: I’m looking forward to spreading kindness and generosity of spirit in 2025.
Morgan: My new year’s resolution is to start paying closer attention to new trends and work to create designs that are out-of-the-box and eye-catching!
Katie: This year has been one of growth and gratitude. Through the peaks and valleys, I have learned to take life one moment at a time – savoring the good, breathing through the tough, letting go of worries, and focusing on what matters most.
