Rebranding and Marketing Campaign

Situation

Mid America Bank, founded in 1910, was purchased by a new ownership group in 2008. The new ownership looked to completely change the positioning and perception of the bank, and chose AFFIRM (formerly Staples Marketing) to reinvent their image.

Solution

AFFIRM developed and introduced a new brand mark, accompanying marketing and collateral materials, and a new website. The new brand mark was designed to convey to both existing and new customers that while the name was the same, the bank was doing things to improve its appearance and services.

Results

Mid America Bank adopted all new branding standards and expanded into the Waukesha and Madison markets.

The bank is poised for another round of growth and expansion in 2015-16.
